Terms and Conditions...

  • Cancelation & No-Shows

    • You may cancel your trip 48 hours before the agreed pickup time.

    • All no shows will be charged a full fare plus waiting time

    • For last minute changes in pick up or drop off time, we cannot guarantee availability as per your airline schedule change but we can try our best to serve you as per our availability. Please contact our office immediately with any change in plans.

  • Wait Fee

    • For non-airport pick-ups, after a grace period of 15 minutes elapsed, we charge fee of $30 for another 15 minutes of wait time. Beyond that, we charge $85/ hour of wait time.

    • For any domestic flight arrivals, we allow up to 30 minutes of grace period.  we charge fee of $30 for another 15 minutes of wait time. Beyond that, we charge $85/hour of wait time.

    • For any international arrivals, we allow up to 60 minutes of grace period. we charge fee of $30 for another 15 minutes of wait time. Beyond that, we charge $85/hour of wait time.

  • Special Need

    • Any special need or requirements needs to be added on the trip and has to be agreed upon in written email confirmation. You can call us for any special need for a new or existing booking and we can confirm the details and additional charge for the service over the email.

  • Additional Charges

    • Any additional charges like tolls etc. gets transferred to the customer

  • Special Events fee will be applied for largely populated pick-ups and drop-offs. (i.e., concerts, sporting events)

  • Other terms

    • The driver can refuse the carriage of clients or luggage if he believes they compromise the space and safety conditions.

    • Client is responsible for correct information used for the booking.

    • If additional passengers are added at pick up time, we will charge extra fees according to the day and time of pick up and the trip distance.
